Jan. 20
Allison Duncan of Sandy, Utah transferred property located at 3-N Lakeside Drive to Paul J. and Courtney E. Bjork of Westerly, Rhode Island for $75,5000.

Jan. 25
David Galloway, of Montville, transferred property at 15 Jessica Lane to Edwin A. Rodriguez for $225,000.

Jan. 30
Ronald F. and Natalie Niles of Madison transferred property bordered by Iron Street to Brian W. Johnson for $125,000.

Jan. 31
Patricia Gross, of Alexandria, Virginia transferred property at 20 Saw Mill Drive to Timothy W. Manke for $251,000.

The Dorothy Santin Atkinson Revocable Trust transferred three tracts of property located on Long Cove Road to the Town of Ledyard for one dollar.

David J. and Alicia M. Beebie, of Gales Ferry, transferred property located at 12 Hermitage Drive to Katie E. Ellis and Paul L. Ruddy for $350,200.

Feb. 1
JBM Realty, LLC, of Waterford, transferred property located at 5 Devonshire Drive in Gales Ferry to Stephen Nathan Billings for $230,000.

The 3 tracts are actually narrow strips providing the required road right of way on the half of the road along the recent subdivision IAW town ordinances and regulations
