HEALTH COACH ANNE McPHAIL TO SPEAK AT 630 CLUB DINNER

Anne McPhail, Certified Health Coach, will speak on “Why do most Americans need a Holistic Health Coach?” at The 630 Club on Tuesday, April 15th from 6-8pm at the Mermaid Café, 19 Margin St., Westerly, RI. The 630 Club is open to anyone who would like to learn about alternative lifestyles, healthier living, and a new perspective on living.

As obesity, diabetes, heart disease and other potentially life threatening diseases and disorders are on the rise, our physicians fail to provide the information and the guidance we need to make the necessary nutritional and lifestyle changes to reduce our chances to develop a chronic disease. That’s because physicians are not trained to know how to help us balance out our diet or integrate healthier habits into our daily life, and they don’t have the time to educate us either. So when we get a serious diagnosis we go home feeling scared it could get worse and we want to do something about it, but we don’t know what. If we look for answers online we get more confused because there is so much contradictory information out there. That’s where the holistic health coach comes in.

You will learn why chronic diseases are not a matter of bad luck, and what simple lifestyle adjustments can be made to reverse the disease even when conventional medicine claims there is no cure.
