EF Foundation is the leader in high school exchange.  We bring more international students to the United States than any other high school exchange program.  We have over three decades of experience and offer unparalleled support and resources to our host families, students and schools. Learn about another culture, its customs and language by hosting an international student for an academic year or a semester.

Your IEC (International Exchange Coordinator) will help you choose a student to fit your family from a list of profiles and will be there to support both you and your student throughout the exchange experience. 

We have students from 15 different countries and they all come with their own health insurance and spending money. They help with household chores, attend high school and share their culture with you while learning about your culture. Families are asked to provide meals, a place to sleep and study, and a loving home environment for their student.

Being a part of the EF program offers your family an amazing experience to learn about another culture, bring cultural awareness into your community and schools, and the chance to create a lifelong friendship with a student and their family.  It also offers a great awareness and future opportunities to your children if you have children living in your home.
