Mrs. Ruth Snow talked to Patch the other day and . The 92-year-old has lived in Ledyard her whole life and you may have even seen her picking up trash from the side of the road in the center of town. She said she picks up trash while she takes her evening walk and any cans or bottles she finds get cashed in for the deposit.
