The Friends of Ledyard Libraries is pleased to announce that it will once again participate in the Connecticut Author Trail, which showcases local writers.

Adding to our enthusiasm is the fact that our representative author lives in Ledyard. Bob Walsh will discuss his newly published book, Follow the Dog Home, which he co-authored with his son and granddaughter, who will also join us for this event.

Bob, Kevin and Samantha will tell us amazing stories of dogs they have loved, including the story of how Kevin’s dog led him to discover Bob’s childhood home.

Their dogs have seen them through births, deaths, wars, and other good and bad times, while remaining their one constant.

Please join us for this delightful presentation and check out other programs of the Connecticut Author Trail, all of which are free and open to the public.

Have your passport (available at participating libraries) stamped for a chance to win great prizes at the Grand Finale on September 13 at Mohegan Sun, when all authors will be present, and the featured speaker will be Regina Barreca.
