The following is a press release courtesy of Bill Library:

Food is our most important connection to the earth, after air and water.  The food we choose has the most enormous consequences for our health and for the health of the planet.

Bill Duesing has been an organic farmer, author, and environmental artist for 40 years and has been working to promote organic agriculture and greater food sufficiency in Connecticut and the Northeast.  He is currently the executive director of CT NOFA, the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut and president of the NOFA Interstate Council.
