Town Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Opening of the Farmer's Market

Please join the Town of Ledyard on Wednesday, June 6th, as we celebrate the new streetscape landscaping in front of the Ledyard Fairgrounds and Town Green and kick off the 2012 Farmer’s Market season.  The celebration begins at 4pm in the center of town when State Senator Edith Prague, State Representative Tom Reynolds and Mayor Rodolico will cut the ribbon across our new, beautiful town green sta...irs.  Then come on up and enjoy the sound of The Locals, an old time stringed music group, while you shop local farms and businesses.  The Ledyard Town Center Committee will be serving cake and lemonade to all attendees.  Bring your own picnic dinner and blanket so you can relax and socialize with your neighbors until 7pm.  This is a great way to kick off the summer in Ledyard!  A special thanks to Valentino’s that helped support the celebration.
