I call this the "Fan Favorite."

Step 2
In a hot sauté pan add chopped bacon. Sauté until almost crispy.
Step 3
Add shrimp, garlic and shallot/onion. Once garlic and onion/shallot are nice and soft and cooked, and the shrimp are about 3/4 of the way cooked, drain some of the grease from the bacon.
Step 4
Add your cream and bring to a rolling simmer. Add your pasta and Parmesan cheese and let it simmer until it reaches the thickness of your liking.
Step 5
Add your peas. Stir them in evenly and serve. You can also sub out the shrimp for chicken or just add vegetables of your choice and leave out the protein.
