Summer Is Slow Season For CT's Food Pantries
Donations come rolling in around the holidays, but not during the warm-weather season

The New Haven Register is reporting that donations to Connecticut's food pantries "suffer" in the warm-weather months and they're in need of your help--fast!

A representative of the Connecticut Food Bank told The Register that families need to provide close to 200 more meals in the summer season, making this time of year the "most difficult" for parents.
