Gales Ferry CVS Opening This Weekend

Residents have been waiting for this and now the store is ready for a rush of customers.

 

Karrie LaMarche, the manger of the soon-to-be Gales Ferry CVS, confirmed the grand opening of store will be Suday.

"Everyone says how excited they are," she said of the earlybirds who wander into the open store's doors.

LaMarche said the store will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day and the pharmacy will be open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday; and, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

I went into the new CVS this weekend and was quite excited it was open. I poked around and decided to buy the Folgers coffee that was on sale for $8.99 (using my card) for a 27.8 oz cannister. Imagine my dismay to see that prior to scanning my card, the regular price for the coffee came up as $15.79! I would hate to think that some other regular priced items would be this rediculously high there.
