Mary E. Brancato transferred property located at 22 Old Quarry Road to Walter W. Lamb, a trustee of the Walter W. Lamb Revocable Trust for $213,000.

David J and Susan Migliozzi, of Lehigh Acres in Florida, transferred property located at  5 Oakwood Drive Nathaniel A. Kneeland for zero dollars.

Dennis M and Joan F. Hamilton, of Ledyard,transferred property located at 515 Sunset Avenue-Bogdanski Place to Bradley E. and Stephanie A. Oneilstraight for $205,000.

Feb. 23
David R. and Marie S. Engelman of New London, transferred property known as Lot No. 3 St. Peters Court, to David Ream Engelman andMarie S. Engelman, Trustees of the Engelman Family Trust Agreement, of Ledyard, for one dollar.

David R. and Marie S. Engelman of New London, transferred property known as Lot SD21 on Silas Deane Road, to David Ream Engelman and Marie S. Engelman, Trustees of the Engelman Family Trust Agreement, of Ledyard, for one dollar.

The Secretary of Veteran's Affairs, of Washington DC, transferred property located at Lakeside Condo #1, Unit 18 to Jon Wittig for $10.
