Portable Air Condition in new condition

Sylvania 12,000 BTU white portable air conditioner like new.
Cools up to 20'x25' room but recommend smaller area. Made a board to hold exhaust hose in window frame that is attached to end of hose already.
Model SYL-12PE purchased new for $329 (incl tx.). Will sell for $125.00. Uses 115 volts ac.
