Town Bids Farewell to Kristin, Essay Contest, Practice Gratitude

  2. The Colonels dream season ended on Saturday one game short of a state championship. But what an amazing year it was! A Ledyard Football 2011 topic page has been assembled for fans to review and reminisce. If you haven't already, take a look.
  3. Town Hall said farewell to Assistant Planning Director Kristin Havrilla Clarke, who has left to take a new job as director of the Office of Development and Planning in New London. Clarke, who worked her last day in Ledyard on Friday, was taken out to lunch by her friends and colleagues in Town Hall. Although a resident of Waterford, Clarke said she will be moving to New London.
  4. Do you need money for college? All Connecticut high school students are invited to submit entries in the , sponsored by the ACLU Foundation of Connecticut, with a top prize of $1,000. Click here for rules and instructions.
