Five things to know on Monday, June 18.

2. Remember: Spicer Hill Road from Route 214 (Iron St) to Gallup Hill Road will be closed to thru traffic today for major roadwork.

3. Louis Seignious, the man charged in a , has yet another pre-trial motion Tuesday.

4. Town Councilor Linda Davis reported that she met with the middle school architect. The architect will provide four options to consider: building an addition of the wing for the sixth graders, an addition of the wing and renovate the rest of the school as new, an addition of the wing and upgrade the rest of the building to code only and to build a totally new middle schools That report is expected in six months.

5. Mayor John Rodolico and former Town Councilor Dave Holdridge attended a Groton Town Council meeting on the Bluff Point to Preston biking and hiking path. Groton’s council did not vote to approve trail progress at that meeting.
