Grants Available Through Rotary Foundation

The Rotary Foundation is seeking applications for 2013 grants from community organizations in the local area.   In the past, they have granted money to organizations the benefit Ledyard residents like the Ledyard Educational Advancement Foundation, Eastern CT Community Gardens Association, Thames River Family Program, The Furniture Bank of Southeastern Connecticut, and many more.

 The closing date for applications is May 15.   Grant policies, guidelines and the application form can be found at www.ledyardrotary.org .

The Ledyard Rotary Foundation, Inc., an affiliate of the Ledyard Rotary Club, is a non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting programs and initiatives that serve the community and to advancing the ideals of the Ledyard Rotary Club and Rotary International.  Priority is given to those causes that provide emergency relief, enhance education, improve quality of life, improve access to or quality of health care and address social problems.  The Foundation exists to benefit of the residents of Ledyard and southeastern Connecticut, but may also support state, national and international programs
