HARTFORD, CONN., November 2, 2012 – GMO FREE CT invites all Connecticut residents to join them on November 8th 2012 at 12 noon for a rally in Hartford. The rally will be held at the Park in front of the Armory (across the street from the Legislative Office Building 300 Capitol Ave) GMO FREE CT wants you to join them and demand the right to know what’s in our food with GMO labeling. During the lunch hour you will also be able to get GMO free food from GMonkey.


GMO FREE CT advocates for our fundamental right to know if our food contains Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). GMO FREE CT is empowering consumers with information so they can choose whether or not to feed GMOs to their families and educating farmers and the government of CT about the environmental, health, ethical, and economic concerns associated with genetic engineering.
