This workshop will examine the difference between customer satisfaction and loyalty and measurement strategies for both.

Working in small groups with other seminar participants, you will identify how your customers perceive the value of your services, what might be sources of dissatisfaction in your business, and strategies for improving your customer service going forward.

Participants will plug the specifics of their business into a formula that will quantify the value of loyalty and repeat customers. This seminar will inspire you to take action that moves customer opinions of your business from "Good" to "GREAT!”
