Tomorrow evening there is a Free Real Estate Forum at 7 pm, at The Thames Club, 290 State Street, in New London. The Forum will talk about the deals/incentives for homes in New London, in ALL areas of the City. I will be explaining the lower interest rates and downpayment grant programs for New London properties and for certain career disciplines. There will also be speakers talking about the drastic improvement to the school system; breaking the old reputation of the school system. The Mayor will address the new U.S. Coast Guard Museum plans and there will be speakers to talk about the economic development of the City as well as the arts and cultural development of the City.
