• According to trulia.com, the median sales price for homes in Ledyard from Apr 13 to Jun 13 was $121,000 based on 27 sales. 
• Compared to the same period one year ago, the median sales price decreased 40.2%, or $81,250, and the number of sales decreased 10%. 
• Average price per square foot for homes in 06339 was $113, a decrease of 8.1% compared to the same period last year. 
• There are currently 67 resale and new homes in Ledyard on Trulia, including 19 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process.  
• Average listing price for homes on Trulia in Ledyard was $245,866 for the week ending Jul 10, which represents an increase of 0.1%, or $257 compared to the prior week and an increase of 0.5%, or $1,336, compared to the week ending Jun 19. 
• Sales prices have depreciated 33.5% over the last 5 years in Ledyard.
