Ledyard Arrests April 20 – April 26
The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
April 18
At 10:45 p.m. Kathy Stevens, 46, of New York, was “pulled over for swerving,” on Route 2 according to the police report and was subsequently arrested and charged with failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Stevens was assessed a $500 bond and given a May 2 court date.

April 19
At 1:06 p.m. police arrested Angel L. Rosa, 38, of S. Palmer Street in Norwich, “on strength of an arrest warrant,” according to the report. Rosa was charged with issuing a bad check. Palmer was released on a promise to appear and given a May 3 court date.
