Ledyard Arrests August 23 – September 6

The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

August 29

At 10:15 p.m. Devorah A Hendel, 60, of 2 Arrowhead Drive, was arrested and charged with criminal lockout. Hendel was given a Sept. 12 court date.

September 1

At 10:30 p.m. police arrested Gwendolyn M. Rhodes, 58, and Andrew I. Lewis, 22, both of 457 East Main Street in Norwich after they alledgedly forced entry into a residence on 41 Fanning Road in Ledyard. Both of the accused were charged with breach of peace, criminal trespass 2nd, and criminal mischief 3rd. They were eache assessed a $1,000 cash bond and given a Sept. 4 court date.

September 3

At 6:00 p.m. police arrested Esteban T. Rosa, 40, of 50 Palmers Street in Norwich. Rosa was charged with larceny 6 and was released on a promise to appear and given a Sept. 13 court date.

September 6

At 2:03 a.m. police arrested Allen Staigers, 19, of 21 Eska Drive and he was charged with assault 3rd and disorderly conduct. Staigers was assessed a $1,500 non-surety and given a Sept. 6 court date.

At 11:01 p.m. police arrested Duane Crawford, 23, of 92 Sherwood Lane in Norwich who was arrested on active arrest warrants. Crawford was charged with four counts of violation of probation. Crawford was assessed a $115,000 non-surety bond and given a Sept. 6 court date.
