Randal Ebenshaw, 32, of 46 Arrowhead Drive in Ledyard, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, speeding and not carrying insurance. He was assessed a $500 non-surety bond and given a Jan. 4 court date.
December 16
Yancy G. Horwath, Jr., 37, of 377 High Street in Mystic, was charged with assault-third, risk of injury to a minor. He was assessed a $1,500 bond and given a Dec. 17 court date.
