David Grillo , 67, of 95 Palmer Neck Road in Pawcatuck, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to obey a traffic control signal. Grillo was processed and released on a $500 non-surety bond and given a March 15.

James L. Abbassio, 31, 1533 Rte 12, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Grillo was processed and released on a $500 non-surety bond and given a March 19 court date.
March 7
Brendon Richmond, 20, 9 Vinegar Hill Road, was charged with third degree assault, second degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. Richmond was processed and assessed a $5,000 cash bond and given a March 8 court date.
