Ledyard Arrests October 17 – November 6
The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
November 3
Viviana Tucker, 30, of 23 Washington Drive in Gales Ferry, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive right. She was assessed a $1000 cash bond and given a Nov. 15 court date.

Myontho Payoute, 25, of 142 N Main Street in Norwich, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, reckless driving and speeding. He was assessed a $500 non surety bond and given a Nov. 15 court date.
November 4

Marvin Eichelberg, 57, of 27 Harris Fuller Road in Preston, was charged with reckless endangerment and risk of Injury to a minor. Eichelberg was held on a $250,000 cash bond.
