Ledyard Arrests September 24 – October 10

The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

September 28

At 3:59 p.m. police stopped and arrested Elizabeth A. Overholt, 62, of 5 Amber Cirle in Gales Ferry. Overholt was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 non-surety bond and given an Oct. 11 court date.

October 6

At 7 a.m., police arrested Phillip B. Gomes, 23, of 20 Eagle Ridge Drive in Gales Ferry. Gomes was charged with false statement, second degree, given an Oct. 16 court date.

October 7

At 2:37 a.m. police arrested Kenneth C. Main, 45, of Uncasville, and he was charged with failure to drive right and drinking under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Main was assessed a $500 non-surety bond and given an Oct. 25 court date.

At 8:13 p.m. police arrested Donald Stanfield, 49, of 11 Chesnut Lane, and he was charged with third degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Stanfield was assessed a $1,000 cash bond and given an Oct. 9 court date.
