Ledyard Arrests September 6 – September 12
The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
September 8
Scott L. Clinkenbeard, 35, of Middletown, Rhode Island, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Clinkenbeard was assessed a $500 non-surety bond and given a September 20 court date.

Jose A Morales III, 34, of 8 Crocker Hill Road, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Bond and court date information was not immediately available.
