Ledyard Arrests September 6 – September 20
The following arrest information was supplied by the Connecticut State Police Troop E and the Ledyard police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
September 19
At 11:19 p.m. police responded to a domestic disturbance call at 972 Shewville Road. After interviewing the people at the scene, police issued a summons to Amanda Ashley, 31, of that address, for disorderly conduct. She was assessed a $500 non-surety bond and given a Sept. 20 court date.

At 11:27 a.m. David M. Morgan, 62, of Manchester, turned himself in after learning there was an active warrant for his arrest. Morgan was charged with failure to appear, was assessed a $1,000 surety bond and given an Oct. 3 court date.
