Everyone, including the Ledyard Police Department, was busy over the holidays.

Ledyard Police Lt. Michael Finkelstein submitted the following statistics are for Ledyard Police Department activity over the past Christmas/New Years Holiday from December 24, 2012 through January 1, 2013.  

275 Calls For Service

21 Vehicle Accidents investigated

73 Motor Vehicle Stops

2 DUI Arrests

3 Criminal Arrests
