Ledyard Middle School Principal Greg Keith posted this thank you letter addressed to the Ledyard Police Deparment Union for their donation to the eighth grade field trip to Gettysburg.

On behalf of the Ledyard Middle School Community, we would like to offer our sincere gratitude to you, the Ledyard Police Department Union, for your kind donation of $800 to our school. This contribution will be used to reduce the cost of our eighth grade Gettysburg trip which takes place in April every year. This three-day trip aligns with our eighth grade history unit on the Civil War. More students will now be able to be able to participate in this special event.
Thank you again for your on-going and invaluable support to our school community!!!
