Ryan Donaldson will remain in custody until his next court date.

Ryan Donaldson remains in custody after his first court appearance Wednesday. The judge ordered him to be held on a $25,00 bond until his next court date on Oct. 10.

The 18-year-old Ledyard High School student was arrested Tuesday after a group of students reported his plans to harm students and himself at school, according to the police report.

After an investigation Ledyard Police found evidence, although no weapons, that corroborated the accusations and Donaldson was charged with second-degree breach of peace and held on a $500 court set bond Tuesday.
