Two people were charged after an incident at Two Trees Hotel.

A New London woman was charged with prostitution after having an argument with a man subsequently charged with patronizing a prostitute early Friday morning at Two Trees Hotel.

Uniqua Newton, 18, of 750 Colman Street in New London, agreed to have sex in exchange for money with Liyun Lin, 25, of Malden, Mass., according to Ledyard Police Lt. Michael Finkelstein.

The two got in a argument, during which, Newton ran out of the room and Lin called hotel security. Mashantucket Tribal Police, Foxwoods Security and Ledyard Police responded. During the investigation, Newton obstructed police by providing false information to officers.

For goodness sake make Prostitution Legal and regulate it as other countries have. It is a victim-less crime which should not be a Crime.
