North Stonington Man Charged in Connection with Gales Ferry Theft

Electronics were allegedly stolen from a home in August.

Ledyard Police arrested Jonathan Tefft, 21, of 292 Grindstone Hill Road in North Stonington, Friday, Oct. 4, and charged him with sixth-degree larceny in connection with the theft of electronics from a Gales Ferry home.

Tefft was taken into custody without incident and held on a $1,500 bond. Police in a news release said more arrests were forthcoming in the incident.

The theft was reported to police on Aug. 21.
