Gallup Hill Road Man Charged with Larceny

Byron Cowperthwaite was hospitalized with what police described as "potentially incapacitating injuries." Neither Mrs. Cowperthwaite, Peach nor Peach's passenger, Richard Colbert, 59, of Bristol, were reported injured in the crash.
