Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will address the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC, this evening between 6 and 7 p.m. He's joining myriad speakers who will tout President Barack Obama's candidacy tonight, including the 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton.
