Mystic SUP Gentle Yoga & Fitness Classes(Stand -Up Paddle Board) are for water lovers and performed on a solid and secure giant floating yoga mat. After about 20 minutes of paddling in calm water we move through a uniquely designed sequence of exercises and basic yoga postures focusing on balance, core strength, stretching and breathing. We release into deep relaxation, our natural state of meditation while being cradled by the sea under the vast open skies.
