Ready, Set, Summer Camp!
The Popcorn Kernels, Colonels and Super Colonels are in full swing already!
Another great season of Ledyard Parks and Recreation day camp kicked off Monday.
The six-week-long program for ages preschool through eighth grade runs five days a week at town schools and parks.
On Monday, Patch caught up the archery lessons taking place at Pfizer Field off Stoddard Wharf Road. Mark and Sandy Spear, owners of Black Bear Archery in Stonington, contract with Ledyard and other towns to run archery camps during the summer.
(Note: There is no camp July 4 or 5 this week).
