A gourmet Italian restaurant operated by Head Chef David Brai, Al Dente has a range of fine pasta, meat and seafood dishes on its menu. Entrées include risotto, marinated swordfish, veal and Bolognese pasta. Al Dente also serves salads and antipasti dishes such as bean soup and mussels in wine. A curving, shiny gold entrance leads into a simple but elegant interior with soft red seats and table cloths. The walls are decorated with mirrors and small landscape paintings.
