64 years young, retired military, retired postal worker, farm full<br>time and work two part time jobs. Lived on Shewville road as a kid and graduated<br>from NFA. Head Coach :  Ledyard High<br>School Fencing. Strong opinions about what we put in our mouth and how to farm<br>as a Lunatic Farmer. Definitely not a conventional  farmer. Married with five sons, live on a farm<br>that has been in the family since 1712. We raise pastured Pork, Chicken, and<br>turkeys, most are  heritage breeds. My goal in this blog is to<br>make you think about what you eat, introduce the local farms, educate you on<br>what things really mean on the labels, and get you active in maintain a more<br>healthy life.
