Police Union Fundraising Campaign Has Begun

The Ledyard Police Department Union began its annual telemarketer fundraiser on April 1 and the campaign ends on May 31, according to Union President Dan Gagnon.

Ledyard residents and businesses can expect a phone solicitor to call and explain who they are and how citizens can donate. In the past, the Police Union has contributed to the High School’s pay to play sports fund, the eighth grade field trip to Gettysburg, the  Kids Care Meals food packaging event last September, and the Ledyard Senior Center.

Any questions or concerns can be directed to Union President Dan Gagnon, Vice President Alan Muench or Secretary/Treasurer Tom Olsen at (860) 464-9416.
