Tis the season for craft fairs and Christmas bazaars and all kinds of homemade awesomeness, and Patch is here to help you find every great buy out there. Every Thursday between now and Christmas, log onto Patch to read our Holiday Crafts & Bazaars Round-up.

Mystic

Like-New Holiday Book Sale: Mystic & Noank Library, 40 Library St., Mystic, through Sat., December 1. Gently used books and holiday items. Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library.

Stonington

Holiday Open Studio: 22 Bayview Ave., Stonington, Fri., November. 30, 5 to 8 p.m. and Sat., December 1, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: The artists of the Velvet Mill open up their studios displaying their artwork, some of which is for sale.

 

Groton

Holly Berry Craft Fair: 99 Gold Star Hwy., Groton, Sat., December 1, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.: The Bishop Seabury Anglican Church will have holiday gifts, crafts and bake goods for sale at the Groton Inn & Suites.

Handmade for the Holidays: 744 Long Hill Rd. Groton, Monday through Friday, until December 21, noon to 5 p.m.: The fifth annual Handmade for the Holidays show features more than twenty local artists.

Winter Craftacular: Groton Public Library, 52 Newtown Rd., Groton, Sat., December 2, 2 p.m. Join the Groton Public Library for a free afternoon of crafts, music and games.

Holiday Craft Show: 124 Gungywamp Rd., Groton, Sat., December 1, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: The Gungywamp Community Center hosts a craft show and sale featuring baked goods and crafts that would make great gifts.

Ledyard

Bejeweled & All Wrapped Up for the Holidays: 18 Hurlbutt Rd., Gales Ferry,Tues., to Sat. noon to 6 p.m., Sun. noon to 2 p.m., Closed Mondays, Closed Dec. 4th and 5th: Handmade items from local and regional artists.

Montville

Craft & Vendor Fair: Mohegan Fire Company, 2029 Norwich New London Tpke., Uncasville, Sat., December 1, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 20 small business vendors host a Toy Drive and a One Stop Christmas Shopping Event that benefits Montville Social Services.

New London

Holiday Bazaar: New London Rehab and Care of Waterford, 88 Clark Ln.,Waterford, Sat., December 1, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Christmas items, accessories, and handmade crafts for sale.

Old Lyme

All Paintings Great and Small: The Cooley Gallery, 25 Lyme St., Old Lyme, Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. More than sixty artists from around New England have artwork on display and for sale.

Alternative Gift Fair and Wreath Making: Saint Ann's Episcopal Church, 82 Shore Rd., Old Lyme, Sun. 2, December 2 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Shop for gifts from Heifier International, Episcopal Relief and Development and more while making an Avent Wreath.

Waterford

Christmas Bazaar: Quaker Hill Baptist Church, 144 Old Norwich Rd. Quaker Hill, Sat., December 1, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Holiday wreaths, baked goods and crafts for sale.

Also...Paws and Claus at the Ledyard High School, TONIGHT from 4pm-7pm will have local vendors.
AND, Sunday, 10am-3pm, East Lyme High School's Annual Craft Fair - tons of vendors/crafters there! :-)
