Enjoy the Friendship Church's presentation of the "Angel Alert" Christmas Musical with showings on Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 5 p.m. Featuring children and teens, the event aims to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas. The show is free, so take advantage of the holiday entertainment and take a break from all that hectic Christmas shopping!

Time is running out to visit with Santa Claus! The jolly man in the red suit will be at Foxwoods this Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. in the Grand Cedar Square. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to benefit the United Way and get your picture taken with Santa. Photos will be downloaded to a flash drive keepsake to take home. This is the last Saturday Santa will be at Foxwoods, so be sure stop by!

Holiday Skate Night

Saturday is Holiday Skate Night at the Foxwoods Grand Rink. A donation of an unwrapped gift, a non-perishable food item, or new hats, gloves, scarves, blankets or outerwear valued at $5 or more allows guests a free skate rental and a $5 gift certificate to be used toward retail purchases at Foxwoods. Donations will benefit Toys for Tots and the United Way. The evening's events, running from 5 to 10 p.m. include a 5:30 p.m. performance by Elvis from "Legends in Concert," cast meet and greet from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and free hot beverages!
