Outlet Mall May Come to Foxwoods

Sheldon Gordon has proposed an 85-shop mall for the Mashantucket casino

Greenwich-based developer Sheldon Gordon has proposed an outlet mall to be constructed at Foxwoods Resort Casino, reported the Associated Press.

The upscale shopping center would house 85 shops, according to the article.

"Foxwoods officials declined to comment on the mall proposal," the article states. "They say the eastern Connecticut casino will announce property development and expansion plans on Feb. 15, which is the 20th anniversary of Foxwoods' opening."
