Suspects Arraigned, Candidate Q&A, Used Instruments Wanted, Comfort Food

  2. Marla Avenue home invasion suspects Vincent Sebastian III, of Ledyard, and Louis Seignious, of Montville, were arraigned in New London Superior Court on Monday. Both men face charges of Home Invasion, Burglary 1st, Criminal Use of Firearm and Criminal Attempt/Robbery 1st Degree. The Bulletin reported Judge Stuart Schimelman set bond for each man at $750,000.
  3. Today Ledyard Patch begins its series of Q&A’s with town candidates that will lead up to municipal elections on Nov. 8. Republican John Rodolico, one of four candidates for Mayor of Ledyard, will kick off the series.
  4. Gallup Hill PTO president Stephanie Calhoun said Ledyard elementary schools are looking for gently used musical instruments. There are many students district-wide who would like to play an instrument but lack the resources to buy or rent one.
