Ledyard Real Estate Transactions: Two Sales This Week

Property transfers recorded March 7 through March 14

The date below represents the day the property transfer was recorded in town hall, not the date of the actual sale.

March 13
Laurel Hilton, of Simsbury, transferred property located at 38-7 Fairway Drive to James M. Bogue for $127,000.

March 14
Bryan and Debra Ritchie, of Tuscon Ariz., transferred property located at 8 Richard Road to JBM Realty, LLC of Waterford, for $100,000.
