Boot Camp Classes
Drop off the kids in the morning and come work out with us! I know between work and life it’s hard to find a chance to squeeze in just one hour for yourself. No more excuses! Here is your chance. This is a great opportunity to do something for yourself! If the morning class doesn’t work for you, evening classes are also available. Please contact us for more information.
Nautilus Group Fitness Boot Camp:
This Boot Camp program combines interval strength training to work all major muscle groups and build lean muscle, strength, agility, balance, quickness drills and cardio to increase your heart rate. This 4 week program is designed to improve your personal strength and help you achieve your personal fitness goals. All fitness levels welcome.
