SCORE Workshop: Quick Start Your Business Plan

This
workshop presentation discusses an approach which describes how to think about,
research, document, and write a Business Plan. It will set you on a path to
developing a well thought out, well documented, realistic, verifiable, and
creditable Business Plan which can then be subjected to a determination of feasibility
or proof of concept. Starts with refreshments at 5:30pm; workshop begins at

Score counselor and workshop presenter Jim Toner was an R&D Engineering
Manager for a large imaging company, and he ran a home remodeling business for
eleven years. He has expertise in short and long term planning, budgeting,
manufacturing, security, HR, and general management.
