Norwich Woman is Charged with Breach of Peace

On Oct. 5, at 1:16 a.m., Ledyard Police responded to Two Trees Inn on Indiantown Road for a disturbance. Ishisa Walls, 32, of 35 Washington Street, Norwich, was charged with breach of peace and transported by ambulance to Backus Hospital. She was given an Oct. 18 court date. Police said an argument “over a ride home to Norwich” sparked the incident.
