The following arrests were recorded at the Connecticut State Police Troop E in Montville. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are innocent until proven guilty.
Feb. 14
At 1:27 a.m. Ledyard police arrested and charged Christopher Alonardo, 31, of 20 Hale Avenue in Medford, Mass., with second-degree failure to appear. Alonardo was assessed a $5,000 cash bond and given a March 8 court date.
