Stephanie Calhoun To Attend Mom Congress
The Ledyard woman will represent Connecticut at the Washington, D.C., conference on education and learning
Ledyard resident Stephanie Calhoun has been selected to attend the Mom Congress on Education and Learning Conference in Washington, D.C., Parenting Magazine announced.
Calhoun, wife of Lt. Chris Calhoun, will represent Connecticut at the conference, and was selected because of her involvement in improving local schools.

"I am looking forward to spending time with other mothers who are passionate about supporting local schools," Calhoun said in a U.S. Navy press release regarding the upcoming conference.
"I hope to bring some of that energy and enthusiasm back to Connecticut to build on the great programs we already have," she said in the release.
